Due to the custom nature of our printing services, Desirableprotect has specific policies regarding returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Printing Services

All our printing products are custom-made to your specifications. Once production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or modified. This includes:

  • Business cards
  • Letterheads and stationery
  • Brochures and marketing materials
  • Flyers and promotional items

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are only accepted in the following circumstances:

Production Errors

If we make an error in production (e.g., incorrect colors, printing defects, wrong specifications), we will reprint your order at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the damaged items or provide a refund.

When Returns Are Not Accepted

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customer-approved proofs (once approved, the order proceeds to production)
  • Design errors provided by the customer
  • Changes of mind after production begins
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Items that have been used or altered

Return Process

Step 1: Contact Us

If you believe you have a valid reason for a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and detailed explanation of the issue.

Step 2: Review

We will review your request and determine if it qualifies for a return under this policy. We may request photographs or additional information.

Step 3: Return Authorization

If approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number. Do not return items without authorization.

Step 4: Refund or Replacement

Upon receiving and inspecting returned items, we will process a refund or replacement within 14 business days.

Refund Policy

Eligible Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for:

  • Production errors on our part
  • Damaged items due to shipping
  • Orders cancelled before production begins (subject to a processing fee)

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

Proof Approval

It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs before approval. Once you approve a proof, you accept responsibility for the design, content, and specifications. We are not liable for errors in approved proofs.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our printing work. If you receive items that do not meet our quality standards due to our error, we will reprint them at no cost.

Shipping Costs

If a return is due to our error, we will cover all return shipping costs. If a return is for other reasons (and accepted), return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
